I read somewhere I think that was a comment by @ansee that you cant over clock a GS150 which means you have to be a gentleman on the throttle in order to make it dance on its hoves which was quite undigestable for a person like me who grunts his knuckles into grips when in naughty mood...
but If we look at the Engine specs we do find some evidence that @ansee might be correct because GS pukes out all horse at 8k RPM and to taste it torque completely bike must not rev no more then 6.5k RPM I mean this is he hehehehehe ... 6~k RPM per tu CG ny sahi tran say DUG DUG bhi shru nahi kiya hota...
I cannot find any detail about Rated power and Peak Redline power of GS, but If I assume @ansee's explanation correct then that means after 8k the Bike do not over clocks like CG and flat out on the same HP it has to offer?
Why I am saying that is because right now I am in communication with a chinese CG250cc vendor and I got these details (but with warning not to keep the engine redlined for long to taste max power I wonder if GS can have max power in redline or does it phase out after 8k RPM):
Model: CG250cc (F250MM3XSTRE)
Max.Power & Rotating Speed:16kw/9500r/min (with in engine Redline only for power-burst/Speed-over-takes)
Rated Power & Rotating Speed:10.9kw/8000r/min
Max.Torque & Rotating Speed:19N.m/7500r/min
In My personal experience I was no way able to redline it in 5th gear.
