Default Super Power 70 Fuel Average Problem.

    As-Salam-o-Alikum,

I m owner of the Super Power 70cc Bike 2013 model. I know there are many faults in the 2013 and 2104 models but nearly i have solved every problem except for the fuel average, On the original Carburetor it was giving around 35-40KmPl i changed the jet and still the problem was not solved and move to 48 then i changed whole Carburetor and placed CRLF Carburetor and still its giving me 46KmPl.
Can anyone suggest me what to do?

    Danish.

In reals a bike fuel average sets from its tappets means from valves.valves measurements are written in owner manual.locate them then i can be able to guide you further

Interesting it says bore is 47mm meaning that Super power is 72cc.

Is 72cc also written on head ? or does it say 78 cc ?

Cause if it's written 78cc than the bore should be 49mm.

Anyways as for your problem 46kmp/l from a chonda is good, dont expect more. If you need to set valve clearance you are going to need a feeler gauge to set it to the prescribed 0.05mm, but i highly doubt that it is going to effect your average.
If you ride like there's no tomorrow, there won't be.
