that 3k figure might be for yamaha ybr.. but keep in mind that all chondas claim oil change at 2k.
but mechanics say change after 800km...

so i dont see this yama 3k oil any special oil..

after some time ybr mechanics will also say change oil after 800km..

buy castrol active 4t 20 50 thats the best as per my opinion

Ever tried Zic? If not, I'd like to suggest Zic Hiflo. I use it (1 lit) in my Pridor 2014 model and it lasts easily till 1200 KMs (mostly on highway commuting @ 60-70 kmph) decreasing just a quarter of oil. Maximum I used it till 1421 KMs but after that less than a quarter lit remained. So I have found 1200-1300 a safe range for Zic Hiflo.
Readings of your Junoon may vary as it's a different machine.

For whatever reason (i am not an expert), GS150's engine can utilizer the engine oil for longer, hence the longer interval (minimum can be 2000kms). YBR's engine is also OHC so it can pretty much do longer intervals.

But ANY OHV engine can't do that. Even the best of the oils can start to show its age after reaching at just 1000kms (been there, done that; even with Liquimoly).

It not about ohc ohv ohv engines have less moving parts so its drain interval should be longer but in CG GS case the oil last long in gs becoz of gs have better breath pipe design and oil filter

I tried Mobil-1 year back in my bike and changed it after 1350kms, but the condition of oil wasn't as bad as that of Havoline at 800kms.

If I would have been in your place I would have think 1000 time before pouring yama lube in pridor/cd70 as the oil is for newer tech engine which is rocker arm not 80's flat tappat engine i am not sure but the if had higher ZDDP in it like most modern oil it could cause cam to wear much faster
