Bike vs. car is a truly old but very interesting topic.
There have been numerous tests from time to time in favor of bikes and cars.
Overall, there is no conclusive comparison which illustrates all cars are faster than all bikes or vice versa.
I have had the pleasure of driving Auto-Cross (Cars) and Road Racing (Bikes) and do acknowledge
the strong points of each vehicle but again, inconclusive enough to say they are both fast.
Btw, the F1 and MOTOGP comparison is mismatched since Bikes use no form of downforce whatsoever.
On the other hand, a F1 car will run upside down in a tunnel due to the downforce generated by it's aerodynamics package.
Having raced against enough cars with my bike and enough bikes with my car, to say they each have their strengths, although am of the opinion, anyone can drive a car quickly but very few can ride a bike quickly:)
Don’t take my word, just ask Michael Schumacher what he thinks of bikes after he rode the Ducati MOTOGP bike.
