New bike Man
two days before i was attending a marriage and i met a person there who owns a 5S Honda Dealership in Sargodha, i asked him about new model of CD 100, he confessed the issues with old model were really too much, but he claimed that honda has improved CD 100 a lot and there has been no complaint from CD comfort since its launched (not a single complaint), he was a reliable person i have no reason to doubt what he said.
7th gear
brother its about your preference, when i owned Honda 70, 2000 model i used to travel from Lahore to Gujranwala frequently (its a 66 KM travel on GT Road, and
after each tour i had to get the rims of my bike balanced, thats why i choose a little strong bike, u r very much true about its engine and weight proportion, but to me safety and comfort was more important.
Comparing it to its rival junoon & sprinter, you know sprinter was launched before CD 100, its first model had the problem of rear tyre hitting the mudguard on bumpy road even with a single rider, and the problem still persists. no change in that, and another issue of hard seat still remains unsolved. I know you have a lot of knowledge of bikes, if you are given the task to eradicate these two issues i dont think you will take more than a week to come up with the solution.
Though i dont advocate honda all the time but reality is that atlas honda is more efficient in coming up with new things and with a bigger network. I had been restoring a sprinter recently and Allah Almighty knows how did i manage to collect its spare parts.
my preference still honda
