Default The Doctor is back in action

Well almost. This is just the second race for the year and the legend is back in action. It is quite evident that the current year would bring serious action stuff from the contenders like Pedrosa and Stoner. But it's Valentino that is my all times favourite..

    Pedrosa had good pace today.
Rossi needs to be more fast.
Lorenzo is a good one for Yamaha.
Stoner is just nothing,he just performs when he has a good time, this is quite evident from today's race.

Valle!! is just great, but a huge competition is waiting for him.
Valle!! the great with his YZRM1 looks more coool!

another question, is it the machine which is not giving the required output or the rider? actually i'm F1 freak. so there are good drivers with less paced cars. thats why i'm asking that whether machine is slow or the rossi not giving his 100 %?

Infact its neither machine nor rider thing purely, its about introduction of young riders who just ride their machines at its extreme,Rossi doesn't do so till now.

ok, thanx. btw i like Rossi's style when he used to chase the first position guy in all the race and used to over take in last lap. i guess it was 2-3 years back. right? anyways i'm off i'llread ur comments tomorrow.

Just watched the 250cc and motogp.

Motogp was boring but good thing is that Rossi has started to settle on Bridgestone tries

250cc was gr88 The neck to neck battle and crash b/w Bautisa and simoncelli was (Y)

Looking at the topic one could be excused if he thought Rossi had wiped the floor and rubbed the noses of his rivals, and walked away with the race win. Not so the case I`m afraid. The most worrying factor for Rossi should be the Michelin shod Honda of Dani Pedrosa winning the race. Rossi made Yamaha, at least his part of Yamaha switch to Bridge-stone tires this year after blaming Michelin for his loss last season, and now the same Michelin shod Honda cruised to what was a very comfortable win.
As for Casey Stoner, I for one thought that those who said it was the bike and not the man who won would keep quiet this year after we saw what his team-mate Loris Capirossi did in the other Ducati, and the same is being repeated this season with his new team-mate.
The next round at Estoril is not expected to suit the Ducati just as was the case at Jerez last weekend.
Bookies, who should know a thing or two about this stuff since they make a living through this, stopped taking bets on Casey Stoner before the season opener and put him at " evens" to win a second straight World Title.
Come back, Luca Badoer, all is forgiven.

The new Yamaha's are very well sorted and are running up front early in the season.

Jorge seems to suit the M1 better than expected so this year will be even tougher than last year for Stoner.

Rossi certainly has the race pace. Next round will tell how much of an asset these tires have been for the Doctor.

So far, the race battles have been mid pack and since the cameras usually only show the front runners, the entire race seemed unexciting.

We need Biaggi back in MOTOGP to make it fun again
