sir i have 20-21 die cast scale models of cars as well as bikes in totall a normal size table would do.but i am trying to get hold of another person who has a very gud variety and it will add charm to the exhibition.

i have some queries
1. by what time we shud be at the venue?
2.are there any charges ?
3.for how much time can we hold the table?

and i will let u noe the exact number of die cast replicas wunce i get confirmation from that other person as soon as possible

u 'll have the table from 10 am to 10 pm.

show starts at 11 am ends at 10 pm. be there around 10 am to set up your table.

no charges as long as you are only displaying and not selling.

could u plz tell me the size of the table you would be providing coz i will be having in total 27 + 21 models in all and i think two tables would be enough.

are we allowed to leave any time we want coz when it would be maghrib keeping those things on display would not be feasible for us.
we were planning to leave by maghrib.

2 tables is not a problem but the real crowd comes between 5 - 9 pm

i know very well that the crowd level is at peak at that time span but the problem is after maghrib it would not be a gud show for us.daylight would definitely catch the glimpse of people.

inshallah i will be there with my friend at 10 am
