First check the silencer .If it is clogged it cause the engine to over heat. There are many other causes also.

    Bad clutch
    Lean fuel mixture
    Unwanted drag (brake etc)
    Bad oil pump
    Expired oil
    Etc
Can cause bike engine to over heat

expired oil and unwanted drag are surely not the reason...how can i verify the other mentioned factors??

Bad clutch can be verified by riding if clutch feels sticky its bad
Lean mixture can be checked by spark plug color start bike warm it up give 3-4 sudden half throttle and remove spark plug it should be reddish if rusty adjust fuel mixture
Open tappet cover and see if oil is reach tappets to ensure if oil pump is working

if motorcycle was tuned by an unexperience mechanic with just an bad adjustment
air mixture screw in carburetor can lead to extra engine heat

and these are very hot days feeling heat while riding motorcycle is not surprising
so it might be just your wrong doubt for extra heat

Unless you are feeling drastic decrease in performance or sluggishness.....feeling heat in the feet is not an indication that the bike is overheating.....
If you ride like there's no tomorrow, there won't be.

Fill the recommended quantity, Atlas Honda oil comes in proper quantity
if you are using anyother engine oil than fill 700ml bottle and pour 50ml
more to compete 750ml its just a little bit more needed

keep 45 in rear and 30 at front

which tyre have you installed the 3.00-18 or 90/90 deluxe one
