Default NEED HELP regardin exhaust or headers in my santro

well guys m confused about wat to install 1st......headers or exhaust system...but then i think for headers u must have a proper exhaust system 1st...now the question is i want more performance from my exhaust and less sound..m going for striaght pipin with a performance exhaust which is very small in size...it's the smallest yet available..made in taiwan....HOW much should be the diameter of the staright pipe...plus can u tell me any person who works with silencers and knows this stuff gud.??

yar i hav also installed a vey small muffler in ma alto which is also taiwain made....if u want more performance wth less sound...this is not possible...coz if u go 4 headers n strainght pipin..the sound will obviously increase but the performance too would .......if u liv in karachi then go to mukka chowk.(bhai jan chowk)...there r many experts who work 4 cylincerz and etc...and that guy would recommend u the proper diameter of the pipe and the headers 4 ur car

Man, IF you want performance, you will have to have noise!! lol !!

Cuz the performance parts like headers and free flow exhausts make noise and its simply a very expensive route to get a branded Performance Silencer. These things cost well over 200$ and still have some kinda noise!!

So why not take the noise and performance and save ur money!! Get A taiwan made muffler with 1.75" piping and custom 4-1 Headers.

get a resonator if you are gettng a full cat back system and your sound problem will be solved.

    @ Salman M5

Man I would recommend that you dont add more restriction to your exhaust system. Just bear the noise and use only the muffler and a single resonator. Cheers!
