The way I do it. (One man quick/fast)
One 4 litre flower/plant spray bottle that you can pump up.
one small tire pressure gauge - with pin removed epoxied to the wall
one brake bottle cover for your car (make a hole in it and pass a metal pipe through it or a screw on brass nipple (hardware store)
length of clear pipe from spray bottle to your MC bottle
fill the spray bottle with brake fluid of choice, pump bottle to 15 psi - connect to MC bottle, release valve for fluid to travel to brake cylinder bottle. Go to each wheel and connect a transparent pipe and bottle to the bleed screw - open screw and see the fluid flow - when new fluid is seen in transparent pipe close bleeder screw and proceed to next wheel.
another CHEAP WAY (requiring only one person too)
get an emtpy jam bottle with lid, make a hole in the lid to pass the clear bleeder tube in it, it should go all the way to the bottom - just slightly above. fill slightly with brake fluid to drown the pipe opening, connect the other pipe opening to the bleeder screw and put some grease on the bleed screw threads as you dont want to suck air from this point.
when connected, fill brake bottle in car to full and start pumping the pedal slowly, dont bottom the pedal out - old fluid will be expelled from the screw and start to fill the jam bottle, periodically check when new fluid has arrived, once you see new clean fluid tighten and move to the other wheel. And always keep topping up the brake fluid in the engine bay bottle, if it goes dry you will need to repeat everything again.
This is a great but slow one man procedure, and far less painful than having someone pump the pedal while you expel the fluid
