I just had a call from Pakistan from a freind - he was repairing a 5AFE with wiring problems and a failed ECU, he was seeing batch fire on all injectors. Upon peeling back any evidence of repair - all 4 injectors were joined to the #10 circuit (NICE). No wonder the engine was faltering at mid to high rpm - and then the injector driver burnt out.
btw this car was wired up by someone in Lhr. I mean HOW LAZY and STUPID does one have to be to do this. Similarly - the "cheeta and jugaroo qism ka electrician" would have passed all systems as good, fuel pump "pressar" is "solid" tested finger over pipe (Its like saying I can pee with 20 psi of pressure). Nozzal are OK, sensor "frequency" is ok (I dont know in what galaxy or dimension linear sensors put out frequencies)
Rant is that in Pakistan - any sort of repair can be passed as OK. As the said vehicle ran A OK on CNG, and the check light was actually wired to the battery charge light - everything was A OK, till the CNG thing got stolen.
