the rear camber usually is disturbed if the lower arm bushings are worn out. causing the wheels to sit outwards, It is adjustable though - the lower control arm has eccentric bolts for this purpose.
The trailing arm can also cause incorrect camber as the entire hub can shift sideways causing negative camber if the trailing arm bushing is worn. I can usually be seen immediately on the alignment rack.
