Salman is right, if your original size is 155/70R13 pretty much the only size after that in the correct size (for an upgrade) is 165/60R14 which'll be 1.28% larger than stock.
155/70R13s have a diameter of 547mm
165/60R14s have a diameter of 554mm
so you're only off by 7mm. throughout the industry a difference of 2-2.5% is considered acceptable, so you should be fine with a 1.28 % difference.
