I need Guru's opinion:
Ride: suzuki bolan (st.308)
Cng: landiranzo factory fitted
Model: 2005
Ignition system: ignition point distributor
Issue:
There are two wires of current ,
wire 1(orange): comes directly from ignition coil (shows max. Current on test lamp)
wire 2(black): comes from advancer (factory installed) and it shows nominal current on test lamp.
Wire 2 is attached with the distributor point and wire 1 is spare.
Now if wire 2 is attached, ride is like tortoise( poor pick and low top speed)
If wire 1 is attached, ride is like rabbit( high pick and top speed)
Problem:
If wire2 is attached, the ignition point does,nt sparks when see by opening distributor cup, and point lasts for more time.
If wire 1 is attached then a spark is visible(its similar like spark plug's spark) when distributor cup is open in the tips of point and thus point lasts for less time.
On wire 1 ride needs less advance setting of distributor (75% advance from distributor adjustment) on wire 2, ride need more advance (95% or 100% advance from distributor, but no knocking on petrol/cng even 100%advance)
Kindly suggest me what to do? Either stay with wire 2 and bear low power of ride or connect wire 1 and enjoy high power ?
Or any other suggession please....
(i am not an expert just have interest and a little prior expirence gained after observation and research) so consider me as a lay man while giving suggession.
