In addition to what @Badpigs said, if you still want to install a bigger throttle, you MUST change your intake manifold. D15B's original manifold is smaller than 60mm if I'm not wrong. That'd create a bottle neck there.
You can use D15B-3stage's manifold, one with bigger plenum, and rebore it's throttle opening to match 60mm throttle.
But it's all too much pain for no gain. Yes you will feel gains; just because bigger throttle would provide more air with lesser pedal. So yeah, it will 'feel fast' for the amount of pedal travel, but not fast:period.
See what I'm saying? 20% accelerator would act like 25% and you'll feel faster from where you're sitting, but not faster from the other seat.
As for the sensors, pretty much all D,H,B sensors from the same generation are interchangeable. I am using D series TPS, MAP and IACV with H23.
