I disagree, you do not need a special driver to drive with low profile, anyone can handle the low profile wheels. they are meant to enhance handling, by providing a stiffer tyre sidewall, and less flexibility. But you do not need them on Pakistan roads, if you do it would be all show no go I think gigher profile wheels and tyres handle better on your local roads. So I say unless you want to show off, place some goodlooking rims and avoid pot holes as much as you can and drive slower in rough terrain. To enjoy the looks of the wheels and tyres for a longer time. The only thing you need to be worried about is your suspebsion being used up sooner then stated by the manufacturer, coz it is your suspension that takes the beating which was suppose to be absorbed by the tyres, with high profile sidewalls.
Note: Special drivers know what they want and select special wheels, Like Volks, Rays, Enkie, and Works, not the cheap stuff sold in Pak from Thailand or China.
They also select new and better quality tyres, they do not go for cheap used, rethreaded, or Thailandi or Iranian tyres, like most Stupid drivers do. They think they are saving money, but they will loose more.
