for 20v engine.
i beleive in getting new parts whenever i can afford to instead going for repairs. now, i will be working on suspension. i tried to find stock suspension here but no luck. the engine weights like 155 kg instead of 95 kg and front suspension is atarting to get noisy, so i was thinking to get either 4afe shocks or 2c (i hope these engines have stocks of diffirent capacity. . not sure which is better for this car.,, plus i need to get new mounts, which have to welded in particular manner to match engine design as there is a :tuck: sound i hear on sudden acceleration. my mechanic beleives .......[(i dont listen to him now,, after i found out he ripped me off on my old engine)].... its exhaust pipe that hites going over the hump behind engine over the rod where a mount is fixed.. , i want to have that portion of exhaust pipe changed it is of 1.3l capacity.
anyone knows weight of 4afe and 2c?
Not sure about the weight but if you do want to stay stock I would recommend Monroe Sensetrac or Reflex shocks and struts are very good, you will see and lot difference in your braking and handling. I used them to replace the stock shock on my Camry they were better then the factory. If you want to go non-stock then recommend coilovers. The difference is Day and night. Depending on you budget you can get different spring rating. And you can even get used ones from where you bought your engine and they last a long time so. Try looking for HKS, TEIN, Eibach, H&R, just to name a few
Monroe Sensetrac
Tein RS Coil Overs
