I own a mehran so let me tell you what is NORMAL.
On CNG, early in morning it would always take 2-3 ignitions to start your car. This is completely normal. However, if you start your car with in an interval of 3-4 hours, it would start on first ignition.
On petrol, it would always start on first ignition no matter the duration of inactivity until and unless your car is very very cold.
So if your car starts on second attempt in morning. Do not be disappointed because this is normal in my opinion.
Secondly, make sure you have some grease on your battery terminals and scrap off all deposits on terminals that might lead to poor contact. Also get your fuel lines checked, clean your spark plugs, and get your car properly tuned.
I am no expert, this is just a suggestion. Hope your problem gets rectified.
