can any body here tell me any suggestion mehran car A.C.i m tried of this problem and now even i stopped using it.any suggestion
ur issue is engine over heating or a/c mal function ?
mehran car Ac is to show only, it is just to spend money on it and get money at selling ...... else its nothing ...... u can run it on long routes like at 70-90 km/hr speed, might not get hot. but in city if u try , it will heat up ur car ...... even if it is zero meter ........
sell it if u want to be relaxed.

but bro,it,s nearly a dead summer.and u r saying him to dis ac,wow.if u say this word to a personr whome car dosen,t have ac then it will be ok,but i f u say this to persone who uses ac almost all time,he,s going o be die.lolz.
yaar to be very honest ...... i had 2 years back mehran FF AC + CNG ...... that was zero meter with me from 2 years, that car sucks, i never stoped on road on my 13 years old margalla in dead summers with AC on cng on 700 km drive from isb to my village (vehari) near to multan...... but on that mehran i stuck on motorway from lahore to isb after 200 km , once in my life i took that car on long route and that car screwed my 3 hrs on road gass-ket blown away of 8000km driven car ......... in winter ....... with out AC on ....... so i repaire it and sold it ....... simply suzuki guyz are producing pieces of junk now a days, my 94 model margalla is way better in performance, millage Ac then zero meter cars are producing now a days ......... and i am very happy with it ....
I HAVE CHANGED MY CAR A.C.NOW ITS DENSO AND I THINK I REALLY DID A BULLSHIT.EVEN MY PRBLEM IS NOT REGARDING OVER HEATING.EVEN ITS A.C WORKS BUT DIDNT COOLS THE CAR.

Mehran needs to be made without AC. I never used Mehrand with AC as it sucks!
EVEN I USED SHADES TO MAKE IT SOME WAY COOL BUT IT DIDNT WORK SUCCESSFULLY
WHEN U THROUGH SOME WATER ON THE RADIATAR OR CONDENSOR,UTS A.C WORKS EXCELLENTS BUT FEW MINUTES LATER AGAIN IT STOPS WORKING.....
there might be number of things involved.may b ur gas pressure is less.may b ur AC needs service.may b ur compressor is not working properly.may b the AC pipes are not properly insolated.do remember that mehran cabin has lots of holes and air tends to escape from then thus makeing ur AC non-efficient

Here is a solution.
Tear of your roof interior. The only insulation there is trapped air between metal roof and ragzine interior. Stuff some good insulation here and reseal. You have now closed major source of heat radiation.
Upgrade to larger diameter crank pulley.Larger pulley will yield higher rpm at compressor. Car A/C compressor capacity is proportional to its speed. Installing large compressor wont aid cooling contranary to popular belief. So if you followed the typical "jaahil" advice of stuffing large compressor, replace it with smaller one. A small displacement compressor running at high RPM will have higher standby capacity. Refer to Sanden cooling curve graphs to understand this principle. A larger pully will also yield higher rpm for water pump aiding engine cooling.
Rules of physics are heat lost=heat gained. Install the largest size condenser you can in your front grill. Don't be cheap here. An inefficient condenser will require higher airflow which translates to high power fans. This is waste of energy from your car electrical system. Instead you should opt for improving condenser surface area and efficiency. Fin gaps are quite wide in automotive condensers to slow down dust accumulation, this however also reduces condenser efficiency. You best bet in cheapest cost is to stuff a tube-fin type condenser from portable aircon. It has same dimensions as you car condenser but really high fin density leading to good efficiency. Beware such kind of condenser installed in car with require frequently cleaning to blow away accumulated dust and bugs. Thats a small price to pay considering the comfort you gain. All you have to do is park your car at pump and use compressed air.
And finally something no A/C tech in pak will tell you. My personal fav. tried and tested. Install a small water tank in your car and set up water spray system with nozzle directed towards ac condenser. Evaporation causes cooling, and in case of water spray its much faster than you think. This method is also used in turbo/super charged cars in combination with inter cooler.

yar 800cc engine is too small for ac, bhai at-leat 1000cc car is good enough for ac. if you want better chill from ac then try on a bigger engine.
