Hello Well MrFurri, I did a lot of research on it as I was also interested in the same model.

CF3 would be a very good choice, parts are easily available, might be a bit expensive compared to Civics and Corollas but thats understood.

Be ready to increase your budget for fuel, the car will give you roughly around 8km/l if you drive carefully

DONOT buy it if you have plans for installing CNG, you will only get around 70km from a 55kg Cylinder and the cng will ruin your transmission.

Try finding a clean one, some Accords have engines changed or transmissions changed, avoid them, or even if you opt for them, make sure to do a background check and ask for some reasoning

But CF3 is a very good car, DrShaggy at Pakwheels has one of the cleanest ones I've come across, if he was lucky enough to find one, so can you

    Hope this helped

In my opinion, if you're willing to buy an Accord, just don't even think about selling it then, it's not a car that's supposed to be used for a year or so and thats it, it's a car that's supposed to be with you on the long run

Resale will be bad depending on the condition, but I suggest you forget the resale and think about the long run.

My family kept our Accord for 23 years and then sold it for a VERY good price, just because the condition was top notch.
