    Here are the requirements:-

    Should Have:-

Very Good Mileage (Both on CNG and Pertrol)
Good Boot Space even after CNG Cylinder
    Cheap Parts
    Easy to Maintain
    less than 1301 cc
    Good Resale
    Automatic
    Extremely Reliable
    Fun to Drive
Model should not be 4 yrs old (i.e 2007 or above ONLY)

Do we have such a car in our market or we are out of luck?

lolz...everyone wants car like that,if there was one like u mentioned then roads of Pakistan would be flooded by such cars.
japenese cars are vvti...dont work well on natural gas...
city idsi is good on cng n petrol and has boot space but auto version dosent supports cng well...
xli has space cheap parts etc etc but no brakes and is treat to thieves
civic is good but abit expensive from middle class man and maintenence heavy-thought it wants manicure and pedicure after a very long time, but its expensive
mehran has everthing u want except auto and boot space...
inshort u have to compromise on something...think whats more important and list things priority wise...u will get better responce
    best of luck

Classify Please k Weather u want a hatchback or a sedan
If Hatchback then Go For Vitz 07+ Trust me it wont give any CNG Issues... i m using Vitz 03 Since 2005 and still haven't face any problems regarding tranny issues.. Swift can also be an alternative

If Sedan then go for a Civic 2005... Jab itna budget hai to maintain bhi kar hi lo ge...

Bro in my opinion, you should consider the following:

    CNG Compatibles Sedan:
    i) Lancer fits ur budget & fulfills most of ur requirements except resale (though sells but not as good as corolla or honda) + maintenance.
ii). Civic 05 eagle eyes fulfills all ur requirements but u must compromise on 4 years older car now.

    CNG not supported:
iii) City Vario 08, if you can afford petrol then opt for City it fulfills most of ur requirements except CNG. BTW it has good fuel consumption as well.

    Hatchbacks with CNG not supported:
    a) Swift but auto tranny will be 1.2m or above, vitz.
    b) There's one station wagon pretty much similar to Honda Airwave made by either Mazda Or Mitsubishi, loaded version with elegant & attractive shape & cabin. Fresh clear will cost ard 1.15 - 1.2 million. M not sure abt the cng feature but it certainly fulfills most of ur requirements even the resale as they are rare + it will probably be brand new so hopefully won't truble you at least for the first 2 years provided driven & maintained sensibly after specified intervals.
