Default Low ground clearance problem Mira 2008....hellllpp needed

My mira always hits the bumps.... Specially when the car is loaded.
    what are options?
1.either go for bigger tires?nwhich I guess will reduce economy of the car.
    2.spacers
    or some other alternatives.
i have tried every possible thing while driving it but bumps just hit the car....
    so kindly help

Changing the tyres will affect the fuel consumption. I got spacers installed in my passo.

I think spacers is a better idea, they are cost effective as well, but does it affect the shocks and springs? And overall comfort of the drive...coz right now comfort level is excellent.
plus is road grip gonna affect?
