It depends upon what are your priorities.
Both of the cars are good and worth the money depending upon what your preferences are. If you're looking for that 'best bang for the buck' then unfortunately, you'll never figure it out. Both City and Corolla owners are satisfied one way or another.
I've personally driven both of the cars, they both are great. If you think you'll be driving mainly on bumpy roads then Corolla is the right choice in my honest opinion as City lacks comfort. Rest, you can compare the features and test them both and see for yourself which one of them can serve your needs better.
If you still wont be able to decide, just ask your family. It's even better.
