Mira Custom fuel efficiency graph after 17 months

This is the fuel efficiency graph of the 2010 Mira Custom in use by our family. Fuel efficiency was computed not from the number displayed on the speedometer, it was calculated after each fill-up which involved driving the car till it was close to empty and then filling up the tank completely.

This car is mainly used for driving kids to and from school. It has a CVT transmission which is more efficient than a 4 speed automatic On average, the car is driven between 900-1000km a month. Best fuel efficiency is achieved in winter months, Nov-Feb because the AC is not used during these months. With AC, fuel consumption increases considerably. The car is driven by two people mostly, I drive it in the morning to drop kids to school and my wife drives it in the afternoon to pick them up. The wife drives with a slightly heavier foot so she gets less MPG than when I am driving it. Figures for three months, June, July and August are missing because of summer vacations. The graph might not be 100% correct but it is fairly close to a real world fuel efficiency test.

The engine is not turbo. Mira Custom has the same engine, KF-VE, as a regular Mira. The turbo model is known as the Mira Custom RS with a KF-DET engine. Custom RS is very rare and it is not as fuel efficient.

You are right 24.72 is impossible. I was re-checking the numbers, I realized I am missing data on two fill-ups. One was done in Jan and the second in Feb. If I take that into account then the average comes between 19-20km/ltr in Jan and Feb 2013. Let me average it out and re-update the graph. Thanks for pointing it out.

Yes I drove n RS.acceleration till 100 was like a 1.3 car but u r right.hardly gives 14 to 15 avg without AC. I believe if only u would drive, u wld keep avg above 15 year around.women like hard quick acceleration and abrupt braking generally

I have been getting constant numbers of 19-20KMPL for over a year now. I got my car on 1st January 2013 and till now has covered around 24k Kms. The best i got was 22.76Kmpl during this winter. Do note my car is a 5MT 4WD. Many people consider these 660s a myth but it is a reality in some as well

Please let me know how i can get this average from my MIRA CUSTOM 2010. If there is any thing which should be maintained by any specific method, kindly let me know. i would really appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
