If you're ONLY concerned about mileage, then Swift.

But if you're looking for an overall great car then Civic 05-06 Oriel it is. Provided you buy a very less abused one.

Buy Honda Civic 2005-2006. Because Fuel efficiency of both the cars are almost same i.e 9-11 km/l in city but Civic is overall better package.

My friend is willing to buy Civic. But i have told him to buy Swift. Because it's hard to find clean ride. And i guess, both the car have same mileage. As i heard, Swift has a very low mileage.

Civic, overall very good sedan fuel consumption of manual in city is 9-10km/l and on long 11-12km/l
Swift has no comparison with Civic. Clean Civic VTi Oriel in islamabad are from 10-11.5 lakhs under 100k kms

I know there is no comparison between civic and swift. But major drawback for civic is it's 10 year old model. And very hard to find clean ride.

Bro swift is nice option, civic 2005 is now old story!
I also sold my exi 2005 civic recently, bought 0 meter in 2005 and now in 2014 it started visiting workshop everyday and spent 1 lakh on maintenance so sold it!
It is better to go for new technology!
