I got my motorcycle licence last month...

And improvised Suzuki GS500e Model 2000 or 2003 (not sure) as my starting bike...

Ab ap hazraat se guzarish hay ke comments den ke ye bike kesi hay, is mei kia kharabiyan han, aur kia achaaiyan han...

Ye batata chalon ke mein ne 125cc and 70cc bikes Pakistan mei chalaye hay, but not much, jub bhi summer vacations weghaira mei Pakistan jana hota hay, chalaanay ko mil jati hay...

Sorry guys, i didn't get a chance to take a photo before dissembling it.

Actually, me and my father are trying to make install a new battery and spark plugs.

This bike is in White color, the condition is (BRAND NEW - i presume) bcoz its has done only 200 kms only.

Problem yey hay ke, ye bohot arsa khari rahi hay farigh, is liye it needs some lubrication and tuning to get in running condition. also it needs running under 5000rpm for first 1000kms.

(Kindly, advise me, wat should i do to make it better.)

Changed the old Petrol, and the engine oil too...

GS500e is giving some race problems...
I mean, jub bhi race detey han to bohot slowly rpm wapis aata hay.
Isey thek karnay k liye accelerator cable mei lubricaiton ki hay, but the problem lies in carburettors. but i wonder why, (this bikes not been in use) do u have any idea.?

About Suzuki in Background...
Have no idea, got it from a scrap yard, and rebuild it as a Project (i'm a Mech eng student)

Carburator may need cleaning, but dont do it yourself, have you tried carb cleaning spray ?

havent opened the carbs, bcoz, i have a feeling i cant clean them... there might be some setting of the twin carbs. that is dont know...

Better giving them to a bike mechanic...

But, i've cleaned the carb of that Suzuki 125 (red one) ... So wot do u say, can i clean these ones also, or there's some special instruction wid the twin carbs?

well if you have cleaned that old suzuki's carburator then you can clean this one's too, just take a lot of care, no hurry, still i suggest not to open it yourself, if you are like me then you wont be able to fix it again lmfao

Ur my Elder Bro! Must be more experienced in doing things wrong..

Hey, i bought a new Piston, Piston Rings, And Wrist pin bearing for the RED Suzuki 125 for replacing its ceased Piston. Fixed every thing carefully, screwed back every thing together, and Fired up the engine... Next thing i notice is another Ceased, scratches worn piston bcoz i Forgot to put oil in the Engine

Had to get a new piston...

lolaz lil bro, tats why im telling you dun do it yourself, you got a great bike there, thats a new bike, all it needs is cleaning, spend some $ and get her fit fat, lubricated, fine tuned by some professional

By the way those old tyres are very dangerous, dont ever do high speed on them, change them asap, Good Luck !
