These days my car has become subject of my photographic expeditions (since I have been unable to go anywhere else this year due to busy schedule at work)...so I took the CIVIC again to Pir Sohawa for some new pics....

See how different viewing angles make the car sleek and tamed and in some shots aggressive and imposing...

Thanks!!! I take it as a complement coming from someone who shoots using Canon 1000D....must be a good photographer himself...

I guess you will be the right person to know what it feels like when your shot makes people notice the 'subject' that otherwise went pass unnoticed very-often....

Today when I was in HONDA dealership, I learnt that ATLAS was offering additional customization options for iVTEC i.e. In-Dash 6-CD Changer and Key-less Entry (for Rs. 30K) apart from other Leather Interior and Navigation options....

hmmmmm....if only they could have offered this little earlier when I got my car delivered....

Now...I wonder if they take a hint from Honda Australia and start offering something more useful (as add-on).... e.g. audio controls in steering...HIDs....climate control....Door Sill Garnish....etc. till the time new CIVIC is here... (just a wish!!!)

OMG... In Dash CD changer, keyless entry (for Rs. 30k) are additional customization options? Back in 2006 I had reborn basic model in Manila and it had these in it. Local auto manufacturers are blood sucking leaches.

It was a simple spray-paint-can of silver color....nothing special....

MashAllah your car looks very nice and sober, btw if you want to go for bigger rims you can go for OEM Accord Euro R 16" rims if you find good pieces. Fortunately i was able to get clean rims of euro r and they look very good to white 8th gen while on the other hand giving the same sober looks but still your car looks fantastic

I have purposely refrained from going for 16inch Rims....I am actually getting excellent fuel consumption (12-14kpl) that I don't want to mess up with the recommended tyre and rim setup.....I remember my CITY2009 was giving me 15-16kpl and I went for wider tyres....the average came down to 13-14kpl....

Any way....thanks for liking the car....I am modifying my car....in a way that it gets its own unique identity....but at the same time....not making it too loud....I will continue to add-on until I sell it somewhere in mid-2012....

I picked-up sort-of similar shots of may last four cars while browsing old pictures!!! Each one was a beauty in its own!!!

Today got the OEM Keyless Entry Remote from Honda dealer and programmed it's remote successfully (thanks to khurram_aziz who has put-on a simple guideline in one of his threads)....

I have two steps to complete though....

a) Get the Key-cut from someone reliable

b) Get the key enrolled in Immobilizer

Hopefully this will be done sometime in next few days....

Thanks to the support from Honda Center Rawalpindi and the team visiting from Honda Atlas - my new remote-key was programmed with the immobilizer....the key is now fully functional....and I am enjoying it....
