All upgradations done by Allah Tawakkal Autos, New Mozang, Lahore.

The mechanic bought all the stuff and installed the same. AS far as I know, all these things were bought from Bilal Ganj, Lahore. I can't quote exact figures regarding price because these were procured through Mr. Mushtaq (the mechanic). I think the meter was obtained for 7 or 8k.

how the gears r changed?
i mean just by moving the gear shifter?

There are only two speed ranges. you can shift between these by moving the lever. to get full auto, only TCU needs to be installed because the gearbox supports electronic control.

Dear brother thank you for your interest. Please scroll up and refer to post no. 61 for first part of your question. As far as selling it is concerned, I may consider if considerable markup is offered i.e. a price of Rs. 10000 only. In this case I shall be able to get another for my car and save a few bucks.

Dear brother,
I am thankful to you for submitting your valued comments here. You can be absolutely correct but I didn't know if Mehran is like a donkey. If it is, then I couldn't afford a brand new horse, otherwise I would have definitely opted for one. In fact I have an urge to keep my donkeys, horses, poneys, etc. different and unique out of the whole ordinary lot. I am glad to find from your comments that at least this donkey is different from millions of others' and look like a horse. I'll have to confirm from some donkey to verify the statement that "donkey will always be a donkey"
Enjoyed your comments much. BTW I do agree with you that Mehran is not a good car that's why I am looking for some other this time. I have three options in mind. 1. Civic, 2. City and 3. Corolla with a budget of about 1 million. Please suggest me one.

Dear brother,
I am sorry but I couldn't understand what exactly have you asked. What do you mean by "output"? If you need to know about engine power (kW, BHP, etc.) then I have not carried out any such modification in the engine; so, no change.
If you mean top speed, then it is better than before.
If you consider the outlook / physical appearance, then it is much improved.
Pick (Acceleration) is almost same as before.
All the upgrades carried out so far have improved the car functionally and it has become more convenient and reliable. AC, brakes, acceleration, road grip, engine temperature, handling (maneuverability), etc. have become better than stock.

Try looking for bucket seats. My friend had them put into his coure and man there a big big space saver. Greatly improves the leg room for rear passenger seats!

Thanks for your nice words.

I think I have seen a thread for this kind of suspension change (from leaf to coil) in Mehran here at pakwheels. I would have done this but I don't want to affect genuineness of my car and don't like changes in body/chases that's why I did not consider the suspension modification.

I do wish to change side mirrors but haven't found suitable pair yet. Can you or other fellows here guide me in this regard?

Bro, rear disc brakes is some thing, where u have to share ur experiences more as
this is some thing much needed in Mehran.
how did u do it and where to get parts for that,
suggestion:
wind screen wipers should have 3 speed option rather than 2 speed.

Strongly advise you sell it.

Even an old 1990s japanese car will be far better than this no matter how many modifications you do it. Including reliability if you find a sambhli hoe gari!
