Bought myself a new ride

Aslam o alykum dear pakwheelers

Alhamdolilah today by the grace of God almighty ive bought immaculate condition 2009 model Corolla 2.od saloon sunroof version in medium silver colour mashAllah ... ive got it for 15 lacs priviously ive been inclined towards corolla gli version drived it (2011) hated it i.e no power no features and costs with number reaches 1750k which i think is too much ... but then i drive my uncles car it changed my perception enjoyed its thrilling drive feel power with lots of basic features which lacks in xli/gli .. i also decided to write down logs of my DIY modifications in this thread and ive finally gotten to a point where i am satisfied with the appearance and handling of my ride Alhamdolilah

I see a scratch on the sunroof glass I hope its just a reflection.
You made a very wise decision. Its a fully featured car with all the options and Power. I dont think they make it anymore.

@mithoo: I hope you love how this car handles and its braking. To me it feels as if this body was made for a heavyweight diesel engine. Feels so perfect.

thanks man to let u know ive just put 5000 rupees worth of diesel and drive it 200km still the diesel guage is above full mark btw ive heard from my mechanic that it gives 17 to 18km/l in long drive dont know if its truth or not but i will check it myself soon

thanks man yes ive also thought same about the moonroof scratch but it was a reflection of clothes hanging wire lol ... yes ive always try to make my decisions very carefully lol ive thought about corolla gli being 2012 model and 1.3 but i drove my friends 2011 model gli seriously not impressed.no features no power and costs 2.5 lacs more so rejected it.i thik they still make it if u go to toyota official website its listed there in there price section that simple 2.od without SR version is for 19,14 heres the link check it out

thanks bro yes i love its drive thats why i choose it and prefer it over gli anytime anyday full feature power package ... i will just install kenwood speakers and amp and thats it
