well yes i agree, the 3S are a total rip off but i was naturally very confused as to what suddenly happened to the clutch while the car was just parked - it was ok when i left it but i guess i might have pulled the clutch a bit while applying the clutch bar - so i took it to 3S locked in second gear and didn't want to drive it any further in that position so let them do it. i do keep my vehicles company maintained anyways. and as for the clutch bar, i had also been using it for 3 years
but once you have a look at the very delicate plastic mounts of the clutch cylinder, you'll never go near a clutch bar again!
If you're planning to keep a corolla without insurance, my advice to you would be "DON'T".
