the local police in Pakistan is a true joke, curtains in the rear - what if the bus body is designed with no window at all
Brother can't say about highways but in city no police stops on rear mirror tints. When police removed my cars tints they did not remove the rear mirrors tints and none of my cars have been ever stopped for rear mirror tints while crossing any such police check post
Btw I agree. They r a real PIA when reversing at night
3 days ago a police wala stopped me as my rear windows had blinds on them, he thought it was tinted, he asked me to roll down the rear window which I did and he asked me to remove the shades. Even though my cars rear windscreen is medium tinted, he didn't say anything about it.
So you removed your scratch less tints?

Nope. I'm not removing them
Any suggestions? I got my car tinted 3 days back, costed me around 12k, I live in hyderabad, I've to come karachi at Saturday, My car's windshield is tinted too, I'll be traveling with my family, What should I do?
Why did you get your cars windshield tinted. You will be stopped at every corner in the city. Remove the windshield tints and whenever approaching near a police check lower all 4 Windows.
Yes, I know lowing 4 windows one, It was in the package, so I just tried it, It isn't black, you can see through it in daytime, just case Its like light tint, Should I remove it?
Yes u should. It will give them a clear idea that the car is whole tinted.
Thanks bro, I'll remove them tomorrow, 4k doob gaye
Better safe then sorry. Also if u have installed fancy plates then revert back to original or if u have not gotten original plates then use those dalda can plates.
why do you have tint paper on your mirrors? they are for the window glass
I think he's talking about the glass.
I've already installed original number plates and one of my freshly registered car has dalda can plate installed, I don't use fancy plates, thanks for the advice
Yes, that's an interesting trend. When I got pulled over, there was a Prado and a Merc pulled over ahead of me.
What are these double standards our nation proudly praises. It is a total nonsense security measures our bewakof leaders come up with. First with the unwanted security checkposts- who are known for the safarshi culture or not for the ones whos frends with the local SHO. Now forcefully removing tinted glasses. After passing all these sense less laws and measures still a minister dies in a sucide bombblast. After every corner of every city has a chowki the sucide bomber flies through all of them only to blow himself up and destroy everything. Citizens are totally at risk always and anyway either from that sucide bomber or from that money selfish wannabe hero a disgrace to local protection called pakistani police of nowadays , think about it how can our leaders die who often have 30 car protocols disguising their guilt-full life in their fully jet blacked mercedes.
Sorry I meant window glass. Why would anyone tint his side mirrors lol
Not faced any issues with shades on my cars so far.
Never liked the fancy plates so that is not much of any issue for me.
At the end of the day the Police are manageable - they follow the principle that his is Jinnah ka Pakistan - so just give them some Jinnah potraits
The bother is when Rangers come to play - Never had to face them as yet - but from what I hear they are a true pain to deal with. According to some friends - woh sunnte hi nahi hain!
Yes. Rangers do not listen a word nor do they like the portraits. Even nowadays when big police check posts r formed. There is always a high rank police officer present there and they do not listen anything.
