The car that you attached seems to be lowered quite a bit. I'd hazard a guess that he's got stiffer springs and dampers (to balance out the springs of course) all around.
Of course you can just keep short springs, but if you keep the same spring stiffness, you'll bump into the suspension bump-stops much more often and that's not too good for the chassis.
If you go for stiffer springs, your suspension will be underdamped and rough surfaces will cause your car to jump around.
How is the car behaving at this time?
If it doesn't understeer or oversteer or if the braking performance is more or less the same, then you may try to reduce the ride height a little bit with shorter springs of the same stiffness. Then you'll need to only correct for toe.
If you really want to dump your ride onto the ground like in the pic, I think you'll need a full coil-over kit with camber adjustment. It will be expensive I know, but it's probably the safest way to do it. I wouldn't want to sacrifice braking or handling performance for looks.
