there are two cars. the straight track is of half km. one ends the track at 160km/h and the other at 190km/h. if they both have a race how much ahead will be the second car at the end.
any rough idea guyz
bro do not feel bad..but this is a pathetic question
some 3._ _ _ secs.......................
4.93 secs
yar ..abb main dobara ,mathematics ki books nahi open kerna chata
@topics poster
this question is illogical
abb ek 0-100 15 seonds main gia ho...or dosra 0-100 8 seconds...
yet ......
errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....main kia smjha raha hon:p
how many cars gap?
12-15.........
now this is rediculous...... u shud have asked how many meters? Can u tell us the length of each car? and jo cars u have imagined to measure the gap, what was the length of those cars?
@mannerismreally? Yaar i'll need to grab a physics book for this
@panici was just about to say that
Car gap is a terminology commonly used in some types of car races (i'm not sure which ones). However, this questions calls for many assumptions for which we need to know the context of the question. Why do u want to know this?
Almost everyone here is numb in the head. This isn't a "dumb question bro". Didn't you read the title of the thread? Just answer plainly how many "cars gap" it is, instead of acting like arrogant idiots about it. Everyone uses this terminology, so just explain it if you know it.
aisay hi a question arrived in my mind. so asked. that if we have the distance of the track and the speed ending of both cars . can we calculate the meters . in racing terms it is said that car A lost from car B by 5 car gap. car gap means a normal sedan like corolla civic etc
And where is the total time taken value? Wo bhi bataye tou mai jawab doon sir je
We would if we could. But I'll give it a try. Here goes. Naming the cars A (@160 kmph) and B(@190kmph).[Assuming constant speed throughout the stretch]Car A travels 0.5 km in 11.25 sec.Car B travels 0.5 km in 9.4737 sec.Distance traveled by car A in 9.4737 sec is 0.421 km [and car B is 0.5 km, duh]. Difference in distance covered when car B completes the 0.5 km stretch is 0.07895 km=78.95 (79 meters). A corolla is around 4.54 meters in length (according to toyota pakistan website) which gives around 18 cars gap between car A and B when B arrives at the finish line.
dear you have mentioned the speed at which they just crossed the end point ....so its impossible t find the gap by using so many assunmptions .. a rough idea is distance shuold be less then 1 meter....nice calculation @kami....
And a smart head jumped in here just to curse everyone and nothing else
Interesting and logical question..... But car gap isn't the right terminology here..... Let us consider to do it in meters
Y DONT u try ANd find out =)
^i'd prefer in seconds
