i am actually very much in to civics...so m going to get a 95 civic in next week inshallah so please can anyone tell me what should be the value for that car with.....gujranwala numberdark green colorexcellent conditionac workingand duplicate copy....the guy demands 350k...should i go for it ???
try to bring him down to 300-320k range. but make sure there isn't any issue with registration book.
paint original??? also suspension nd engine???
yeah paint is orignal, and engine is in soundless condition....car has not a single outlook issue even the engine is in good condition, the only matter is the price...my friend says that 350k is too high for duplicate copy.....
yes! your friend is right..registeration and other complications are sometimes very hard to handle. one of my colleage had to suffer alot as he bought a car with duplicate copy. i would recommend to go for a car that has original documents. Do not mix the price with legal status, as price is one thing and legality is other. if a things is going to make you trouble it should not be bought no matter how cheap it is
bro thr market value of duplicate book is almost zero n the people avoid buying the grenn color of civc95...u can easily buy a civic95 with orignal book in 4lakhs +-
not sure why this is but i have also witnessed this phenomenon. i guess it has alot to do with people forging papers for smuggled cars etc. personally i don't care about duplicate books but at the same time i HIGHLY advise you to get the papers checked. i paid a small fortune making my latest VW legal since it was registered as a bloody transport vehicle in LHR!!!
We can file this under herd mentality. What I would like to know is: who is tending the herd?
OP, you should get the documents checked for validity as Storm suggested.
thanks so much for your time friends...means i should not go for that duplicate copy 95, and wait for sometime and another 50k to get a orig copy car in 400k
