1995 model UK car would hardly have a/c as standard unless someone took it as an optional extra. Now a days almost all uk model cars are coming with a/c as standard.
There is some difference due to climate, a/c is not as good functional as in a UAE car, again due to not having extreme temperature.
One thing about UK cars is that odometer is always in Miles (big circle) due to the fact that british roads are measured in Miles rather than kilometer.
I am not aware of any difference in radiator but other differences you will find are like not very sharp headlights, not having extra mirror on bonnet (prado) etc.
I find Uk model brakes perfect here in Pakistan as I drive a UK import but perhapes old versions do not match pakistani disc brake standards.
