i bought a pair of denon speakers today. placed them 1 and half feet above floor, 2 feet away from walls, feeding them with yahama ax750 intergerated amp and source is sony cdp555esd cd player.
quite flat sound with good defination of midband. bass is smooth without any prominent bumps on any low mid frequencies. softdome tweeter sound is flat without any limits all the way to 45khz, though my ears are limited to 10khz approx.
