First Village/ Qasba on the way, known as Pattekka
A few pics randomnly taken on the way to Kel
We reached Kel in the night at app. 11pm. Only 1 hotel was open at tht time & tht too was a Chappar hotel. As no other option was available, we stayed there & tht was worst night of our trip. Got up in the morning (7th June) & explored Kel. What we saw was worth seeing. Take a look.
After exploring kel, we decided to visit Arangkel. Its a lush green village situated at the top of a mountain taking 2 Hrs of trekking to reach. So started trekking on a very beautiful dense forest trek. Here are some of the pics of trek.
Some more pics of the trek.

After trekking for 2 Hrs, we reached Arangkel, a village situated at the top of a huge mountain. It was stunning. No doubt it was second most beautiful village of our life. (First one being Taobutt on the same trip, coming head). Take a look.... (Camera not justifying its true beauty)
nice pics.... and very beautiful valley .... MashaAllah .....
Who says Swisserland is beautiful, nothing can match the beauty of the Hamalayas.
B4Badar, no doubt Neelum valley is the most beautiful valley of Pakistan.Niazi Sb i agree, v r far much beautiful than Switzerland or any other place.
beautifull... more pics please
After coming back frm Arangkel to Kel in noon on the same date i.e. 7th June, we took our lunch & departed for Shounter Valley i.e 30km frm Kel. Took jeep as it is jeepable trek only. Jeep droped us in the half way as trek was blocked. From there we treked till uper Domel (two water channel mixing). Here are some pics of Kel-Shounter trek.
Reached uper Domel in night, stayed there & got up early in the morning (8th June). Clouds were scattered all around us. Take a look.
After taking our breakfast, we departed from uper domel for Shounter Valley/Lake. It was app 1Hr trek. Here are some pics of trek.
Reached Shounter Valley/Lake & took some pics. We stayed there for half an hour only as had to trek back to Kel (app 30km) & we did so. It was longest & toughest trek of my life in a single day.
Trek is more beautiful then the lake..I'm disappointed by the lake..
bhai ji lake per sey snow melt hogi tabhi koi shakal nikley gi,,, this is dull black muddy ice floating on the surface
I agree with Danish Bhai (Conflicted). Snow melt honay per Shounter Lake nikhar ker samnay aati hey. Danish Bhai uper Domail wali night & desi chicken (half cooked) yad hey?
