Got a 4 channel amp and sony xplod woofer installed. When i'm running on CNG, i hear a sharp noise coming from the speakers and it's intensity increases when i accelerate. The noise sounds like a tiny turbine is running :SThe noise even comes when the pre is on but the volume is down to zero. It only goes when i switch to petrol or shut the pre down completely. It didn't cause any such issue before i got the woofer and amp installed.Any suggestions?
Rca leads and power cables are running side by side.Rca is not properly groundedGround connection is loose
^^+1
Do check all these things in your ride ASAP....!
since its only on cng and not on petrol, it could be cng coil's inductive noise. After checking above mentioned stuff, if problem persists, then you'll need a noise filter at the power cables of either pre or amp or both.
this fault is mostly the loose conection of ground wire so properly ground and check Insha Allah Thek hojayega..
remove the power connections of amplifier, then connect them again tightly..ground the RCA leads with a peice of wire.. n there u go
Check your amp gain...
