simply because we dont have any regulations regarding what we drive doesnt mean that diesels are bad....
it is true that older diesels were not comparable to gasoline engines but thats only because the world was technologically backward than it is today......
most modern diesels are better than there petrol counterparts not only in fuel economy but also in performance.....
its our bad that we dont have the variant of diesel available in our country that these engines run on....
the technology is definitely great.......
modern diesels are clean, much more efficient than gasoline, provide much more torque than gasoline and have a much longer life....
