^ It's not a problem of the HID kit, it's a misunderstanding of people here, and using high beam is not a very good suggestion, HID kits are only meant to be used in HID reflector housings and NOT Halogen Reflector Housings.
Here's something that might make you understand:

You can clearly see the differences, how there's so much glare in the first picture, blinding oncoming traffic, the most common pathetic decision (no offence) made by drivers.
The second picture has a nice cutoff without any glare because the reflector is made for use with HID.
Finally the third picture shows how clean a HID Projector cutoff is, there's absolutely no glare at all and the field of view is very wide as well.
So either shift back to Halogen, or do a Projector retrofit in your current setup and enjoy a neat cutoff and don't blind others.
