about the leakages; first step would be to just observe the oil levels if there is a signicant reduction, it is a seal mostly ... a little mosture could be just a seapage from old pipes .. second thing is to really clean the area (i mean a little more cleaning :), i'll do it for u when we meet next) and then observe formation of moisture, its direction will tell the source .. if you want to save effort just clean the expected source like pipes and oil seal housing and you'll see some oil in a day or two incase of leakage .. little seapage from PS unit is common nothing to do about it
