second hand tyres are good if you just want to sell your car and dont want to invest more.
Second hand tyres can never be compared to brand new tyres what ever the best condition you find on second hand.
Once tyre is pressurized with air, its life starts. and then even if it is not used, it wears with the time and specially wears double in direct sun light (kabali tyres)
I my self have experienced used or new tyres become noisy after some time.
new tyres (yokohama, Nitto) become noisy after 10 to 15 thousand kilometers.
Used tyres becomes noisy after 500 to 1000 kilometers.
If noise is your concern, then go for a good brand which will not become noisy even after 50 thousand kilometers.
My suggestion would be OEM tyre size that is written on your driver door inside panel and the brand I would recommend is
Michelin Energy Saver XM2
YOu will Love it
