As my field is Gas Generation and we used to take the sample results form our customers, what my finding is that the Calorific Value in Lahore Region is 937BTU and it is 1050BTU in Rawalpindi and surrounding.
Now my question is that SNGPL calculate the bill to big industrial customers based on this BTU average value (Energy Based), now what about the CNG pumps, are the charging us (Specially Lahoris) based on GCV or only Per KG? if only per KG than this means we lahoris are paying at least 10% more than our fellows in Rawal and Islam---abad (sorry for the seperation of Islam from abad)
