A very small (term & condition apply) i think you can use these voucher,s with in limited period of time like with in 6 month so you can think what is the use of these----:S
International License Office is in front of ETO office in Islamabad F-8. Its a white cabin. They will give you all the information. You need valid visa & ITP driving license. Rest they will explain you... it takes couple of hours in process. Pretty easy and cost under 500

this nice gesture was first shown by suzuki for liana than by toyota for rolla in 2007 and now Honda so I guess its nothing new just trying to save the sales in last months.
