Good step for safety.Atleast cars can be built again but not people.
According to BBC news 4 manufacturing factories of toyota have stop production while honda has stop one of his plant.
kashhhhhhh yeh loog japan say close kr k pakistan laga lain plants.......but afsoos yeh dream hey or dream hi rahey ga
I feel sorry for you guys in Pak as most of your Corolla body and parts are supplied from Japan. And there goes the Yamahaw plant too. It will take a while for the Japanese to come back from this event. The fires that are burning near Tokyo in oil depots and refineries is almost apocalyptic.
My very respected fellow...We are praying for their safety and No problem we can stop purchase Corolla for sometime but their safety is at number 1 for us so.We are not worrying about Cars and parts We can get them tomorrow but Today We have to help and Pray for Japan which is Land of Technologies and We Feel very sorry for India's Loss against South Africa,Africans really played well.

The Indians played really bad and deserved to lose. It's a game, after all.
Japenese are a strong nation, they will come back stronger than before. we are worried for their human loss at the time being not for corolla parts, there is no shortage of corolla parts in Pakistan.
Honda and Subaru have closed there plants in Japan too.
+1 Well Said... Yr answer represents the Feeling of Pakistan!!!
I actually got my info corroborated by reading respected @autophile's comment in the never ending thread about a redesigned Corolla that's yet to show up in market, and posted my comment. I'm sure the Japanese will need some time to clean up the havoc and mess caused. why Indo-Pak?. Indo-Pak is irrelevant to us anymore and just plain boring. We've moved on. You do the same too.
Yahan per Zardari hae jo tsunami se ziada khatarnak hae !
loooolso true!!
If production is delayed in Pakistan of Corolla then Indus Motors will be very happy as they will be able to hold onto customers' advance payment for a few more months and transfer all the interest on the advance payment deposited in some bank to their accounts. The only losers from this earthquake and tsunami are the Japanese people affected by it and the customers in Pakistan.
pakistan is the best place for investment after ppp gov
I think you are right, Pakistan can also see a price hike in wake of shortage of parts, this is where our business houses are best at. Minting money over spilled milk.
R u serious bro ... after PPP gov every one is running away not coming ... But we pakistani's always hope for the best ... Allah ham sab per Raham karay ... Ameen

+1 well said.
When a disaster happened, the only thing to worry is the human loss.
What makes me sad is those idiots which make money out of a disaster..... these idiots are no different from the militants and terrorist!
