Nissan X-Trail is on sale with a range of two diesel engines (150 or 173 CV) and one of gasoline (169 CV), from 28,750 €
The X-Trail shares mechanical elements with the Qashqai (that has body of all land but it is thought to circulate around highway). Although the X-Trail makes with two systems of traction (front or total), the versions that are sold in Spain have total traction in any case.
It is a system of conectable total traction automatically and, as it happens in the whole land of cross-sectional motor, without reducing.
The X-Trail has grown with respect to previous range. The length has increased to 175 mm, reached 4,630 mm, the width arrives more up to 1,785 mm (20 mm) and the battle is 2,630 mm (5 mm more). According to Nissan, he is more extensive; this something that we will verify when we pruned to measure it.
The body has a design different from the one from the previous X-Trail. Now there are more plastic protections without painting to cover the inferior part of paragolpes and the doors. The back inner door arrives until more down facilitating in this way the access at the maletero.
The vertical clearance to the ground is 200 mm, the same one that a Suzuki Grand Vitara; the 23 exit and angle of attacks are 28 and º respectively. It has a fording capability of 350 mm.
What it distinguishes more to the interior of this X-Trail of the previous one is that the instrument panel has been recolocado after the steering wheel instead of going in center of the salpicadero. In this place now there is space for the screen of the navigator and a drawer with cover (with capacity for ten discs with its boxes).
For the accomplishment of the salpicadero, Nissan has used plastic granulated soft in combined tones (black and gray or black and beis). In addition, according to the version, as much the instrumentation as other elements of the interior shows finished in color an aluminum or titanium.
The back endorsement, instead of being divided in two parts (60: 40) three (40 are it in: 20: 40). The sidewalk does not have a system to move it longitudinally, like which they have Honda CR-V or Toyota RAV 4. The endorsements can be lowered (raising the sidewalk first) and form a flat surface with the floor of the maletero.

The maletero has a division that distributes it in two heights. If one takes off, the height of the maletero is 127 mm greater than in the previous model. The floor is finished in a plastic nonskid, easy to clean and with a series of ribbings in relief to avoid that the transported objects move during the march.
The range of motors is composed by a motor of gasoline and two turbodiésel.
Both Diesel, of 150 and 173 CV, they share he himself block (M1D) of 1,995 cm ³. They are different because most powerful it must intercooler to cool admission gases. Both have a series particle filter and go connections to a manual gear box of six speeds; the version of 150 CV can have another automatic one, also of six relations.
The gasoline motor of 169 CV is an atmospheric one of four cylinders; its piston displacement is 2,488 cm ³ and is the unique one that is conserved of previous range although, according to Nissan, has a refined operation more, a superior efficiency and spaced intervals of maintenance more.
It has a manual gear box of six relations and optionally they can have an automatic one of variador of pair (“CVT”). Also one makes with a gasoline motor of 140 CV that, at the moment, is not sold in Spain.
The system of total traction (“ALL MODE 4x4-i”) has three ways of operation, that are selected by means of a revolving control: “2WD”, “Car” and “Lock”.
The traction system releases two new functions: the control of reduction “DDS” (Downhill Drive Support) and the assistant to the starting in incline “USS” (Uphill Start Support), both work with the car advancing or backing down.
The reduction control activates pressing a switch and whenever the selector of “ALL MODE 4x4-i” is in the position “Lock”. Using the brakes, the “DDS” maintains the speed of the car to 7 km/h of continuous way during a pronounced reduction.
The assistant to the starting in incline activates automatically if the car is lengthy in a slope of more of the 10 percent; this device maintains braking the car moments after the conductor releases the brake pedal, avoiding that back down.
The series equipment includes airbags frontal, the lateral forwards and those of curtain, the conditioned air, elevalunas electrical forwards and buttocks, and the Bluetooth connection for telephones.
The version has in addition stability control, the system of total traction with the reduction assistants and starting in incline, and the auto logon of lights and windshield wiper.
Optionally the xenon lights, bars can be added trunks with integrated lights of long navigating reach and with screen in color.
