@naveed
ok let me try to further expain,
i have this PCB with 25 leds from an out of service emergency light, so changing config of them aint possible,
all i wanted was a circuit design, which will take 220v as input, charge a 6v battery and fed appropriately to the led panel through a switch, i hope i got it cleared this time,
anyhow meantime this is what i did, i was out in market and herez the ideas i got,
Solution 1: get a 6 vold adaper and feed it to the battery and through a resistance to the led panel, problem with this is that it wont cut off supply to battery when it is charged hence destroying the battery.
Solution 2: i got two dead emergency lights, the one with 2 feet tube rods, as circuits in it will be for 6 volts already and with cut off facility and awl, now problem is i am unable to understand its output, here what i understand a transformer taking 220 as in, giving 6 dc as out and to the battery through circuit board with indicators and slection switch, and then through a ON/OFF switch it is fed to another circuit board upto this point its 6 dc ok, but from this second board final output goes to tube rod, two terminals one fed to each end of tube rod where both terminals of tube are connected together, this one i cant get it, when try to check output with multi meter it produces spark and does not give any out put either on DC or AC selection,
quetion is can this second ciruit board be discarded and its input can be taken as final out as it was 6 vdc there???
i know its not easy to understand but plz read second one like 3 times and give suggestion.
