but u miss the point. When there is too much risks involved, the expected returns fall.
Risk is obviously greater when your not going to be physically in pakistan to oversee your business. Apart from that the amount of capital we have meets demands at current interest rates. And there is no real shortage. Only if the government plans to lower interest rates should one invest in pakistan ( in stocks etc... )
And I dont see that happening before next elections.
And btw MPK as u call it is not high in pakistan due to high electricity prices and fuel prices and gas prices and inflation makes small/medium scale business less profitable. More over, retail businesses are already almost flooded...
And inflation balanced profits are in the negative in most businesses. So if one invest here, he'll obviously risk loosing alot of money..
