Hydrogen to be liquefied, it needs to be cooled to -250 C, once liquefied you can store in insulated and high pressurised cylinders.
as with other gases ie normal pressurised perfume bottles, to liquefy its easier to pressurise first and then expand that will allow gas to cool down, add some heat exchanger to make it more cool to make it to liquefied form
But why would you need it? Its highly inflammable and use in Space Shuttle as fuel when burned with Oxygen. It produces flames that are not even visible to naked eyes ie ultraviolet!
