I came across this post by accident, and I'm not in Karachi...so I won't actually be able to help you out. But I felt compelled to commend you for this thread, anyways. This is incredibly humane, compassionate, and honest of you. Thank you, for being such a decent human being.

In today's Pakistan, where human life is so cheap, it's reassuring to see that the little niceties of being human haven't totally gotten lost. Thank you, once again.

I salute you, brother. (Y) So much honest you're. If you won't be able to find the actual owner then I'd really like to keep it. Already own four Persian cats and one female Labrador so that buddy will remain happy. Although I do really hope that you'll be able to find the real owner. Insha'Allah.

to verify the identity of the real owner u can ask for a snap/pic taken with the poodle by the owner ... just a thought

Thats the reason he has hidden the tag on the dog so that when someone will say its his he can confirm from the tag.
